Today, I'm really grateful...

The Dolphins swept the Jets this year. WOO HOO!

My best friend & I did Halloween up in Las Olas this year. We had a great time. Getting a hotel right close by was a huge stroke of genius. So I'm also grateful to the co-worker who recommended it to me. 

For my cousin who I partied with all weekend. I love her. She's like a walking ray of sunshine. You know how there are energy vampires in this world? She's the exact opposite of that. 

I was lucky yesterday and won a raffle at America's Backyard. I got to give my best friend a Battlestar Galactica DVD. Geekery, yes. Little things are nice you know?

For Bimini Bread at Bimini Bay Boatyard in Ft. Lauderdale. Heaven in your mouth. Hot, sticky, sweet heaven.

For the awesome bartenders at Bimini Bay who were totally amused by this football-loving nerd. 

For all the awesome people who dressed up on Halloween. I especially love it when the guys dress up. Some of them get downright creative!

For the girl at my office who hooked me up with some ibuprofen because my back and shoulders are on fire!

I managed to hack away 1,066 words for NaNoWriMo yesterday at the Starbucks across the street from the hotel we stayed at. 

For Rock Band saving my Friday night/Saturday morning. Belligerent drunks can really spoil an otherwise fun night. Rock Band at 5 in the morning totally cured that. 

For my camera. For cameras in general. Cameras are awesome. Cameras capture the FUNNIEST things some times. 

My little babies are all healthy and cuddly. I love cuddly babies. 

For Twitter. I have an on-again/off-again relationship with Twitter. Thanks to NaNoWriMo it's on again and it's been really helpful-- also amusing!

For Almond Joy. Need I say more?
